I entered the incorrect information when entering the drawing. How do I update the information?

There is no way to edit your information once your entry is submitted. Entries submitted with the incorrect information or entries that do not match the certificate will invalidate the winners.

I entered and won the drawing but cannot pick up my item. What do I do?

If you cannot pick up your drawing at the time stated in the details when entering, your entry will be invalidated.

Who can enter the drawing?

Only children under elementary school age are allowed to accompany you. Only the winners have the right to purchase.

Is it possible to use a student ID?

Certificates include driver's license, basic resident register, residence status card, My Number card, and disability certificate.

It must be within the validity period and include a photograph of your face. Image data, copies, and other people's items are invalid.

I applied multiple times and would like to cancel my entry. 

Cancellations are not possible. Applications with the same information, time zone, and content will be treated as one entry.

Is general admission possible on the day?

Floor entry restrictions and hours vary depending on the lottery item. Please check the lottery notes or contact store staff.
