Kith Japan Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible merchandise with proof of the original receipt.
Items that meet the following conditions will be eligible for exchange:
- If it is within 14 days of purchase and you have the receipt.
- If the product can be determined to be unused according to our standards, and all accessories, product tags, box, etc. are complete.
- If the store sells the product with the wrong box, the wrong contents, or the wrong price due to store defects.
Items that meet the following conditions will be eligible for return:
- If there is a defect in the product and we do not have stock available to exchange it.
- If the store sells the product with the wrong box, the wrong contents, or the wrong price due to store defects.
- If the above applies to you, please contact [email protected] directly including an image of your receipt and an image of the damaged/defective item.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- If you do not have the receipt.
- If the item is deemed worn according to our standards.
- If any accessories, product tags, or boxes are missing.
- If the item has already been exchanged once.
- Limited edition items.
- Items purchased through our store's lottery.
- If odors or stains are found on the item after purchase.
Please note, Kith store credit cannot be issued or redeemed at this location.
